I've been junking every day, and I finally finished with finals, so I will be listing new rental inventory SOON, I promise. I've found some copper watering cans, red glass, baskets, birdcages, including an amazing white birdcage on a stand. Oh, I'm painting a dresser, a small antique hutch, and an unbelievable huge ornate chalkboard!
I'm already talking with a few brides about their upcoming events, so I get the feeling things are going to be crazy. pants. by June, when wedding season peaks, so let me know if you want to reserve something for your date.
I've been noticing some wedding trends out there in the blog-iverse: has anyone else noticed all the succulent plants used in wedding florals?? Brown paper and colored tights are also popping up everywhere. Aren't they?
What trends are you noticing? Send me a note. I would love to hear what you want for your wedding or event. I'll even try to find it for you, if you want ;)

The purpose of this site is to showcase unique vintage pieces, styling ideas, and maybe some area wedding events. It's a place for ideas and inspiration.
From the beginning of my retail business, I have encountered many brides looking for perfect, vintage items to bring a unique touch to their weddings. Usually, budget is an important consideration, especially in the last few years.
To the Moon and Back is here to make your life simpler. Whether you need a couple of old suitcases for a photo shoot or enough vintage details for an entire wedding, we will save you money and a lot of time. You can now rent perfect details for WAY cheaper than it would be to buy them (if you could even find them.)
This first post is dedicated to a sweet mom who spent half of last summer in my shop. Her daughter was away in another state, she wasn't clear what they wanted, and she was terribly overwhelmed with the entire task. She didn't want to spend a truck load of money on things she didn't know if she would never need or use again. To the Moon and Back would have made her experience so much easier.
There are a few exciting things that are coming soon that I wanted to share with you:
We are currently working on an inventory page that will showcase each and every fabulous vintage piece available to rent. This feature should be up and running sometime this spring so hang tight - it's coming!
In the meantime, feel free to shoot us an e-mail and we'd be more than happy to send you a price list.
